To continue to improve your lacrosse skills the coaches recommend allplayers participate in a High School off-season League and/or tryout for a travel team. Off-seasonwork is very important to all players and these programs will help to keep your skills sharp and your conditioning going. It's official! IHSA recognizes Lacrosse for 2011 Season IHSA has approved state series for boys and girls lacrosse starting in the 2010-2011 school year. The sport will become an official spring sport provided that a minimum 65 boys teams and 40 girls teams are registered by February 2011. This is great news for lacrosse in Illinois!
